This is the scene that's set at Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante, a new Italian eatery that debuted at the end of October.

Since opening, Sardinia has delighted guests with its authentic cuisine and a carefully curated list of domestic and globally sourced wines. When you come to Sardinia, start your meal with some cheese and sides from the mozzarella bar, perhaps the burrata paired with prosciutto. Enjoy your mozzarella with a glass of wine as you pore over the rest of the menu, which contains many small plates for sharing and larger entrees. Devour a margherita pizza from the wood-burning oven, share a paella loaded with freshly caught seafood, or order the bone-in ribeye steak if you're extra hungry.
